What enzymes do in cleaning
An enzymatic detergent contains enzymes that break down soiling of organic origin: protein, fat or starch stains on laundry, residues on food-contact surfaces or the organic matter that forms biofilm. That is why many of them work well in short washes and at moderate temperatures, around 40 ºC for laundry according to their data sheets.
The range has four families: enzymatic laundry detergents, enzymatic foams and CIP products for the food industry, an enzymatic stain remover and biological products (enzymes and microorganisms) for drains and grease traps.

Frequently asked questions about enzymatic detergents
What is an enzymatic detergent?
A detergent containing enzymes that break down soiling of organic origin, such as proteins, fats or starches. That is why it is usually effective in short washes and at moderate temperatures.
Which enzymatic detergent should I use in an industrial laundry?
And in a self-service laundry?
Eco Wash, with EU Ecolabel, Power Gold, Biogold Q or Rosegold, all at about 40 ºC according to their data sheets.
How is biofilm removed with enzymes?
On open surfaces, with foam: Enzi Foam at 3–6 % or Enzi Foam Pro at 1–3 %, at 40–55 ºC. In circuits, Enzi NF at 1–3 % in recirculation for 30–120 minutes at 40–50 ºC.
Is there an enzymatic stain remover?
Q3, for blood, egg, sauce and grease stains: apply it neat to the stain, leave it to act for about 5 minutes and wash as usual.
Which enzymatic product is suitable for drains?
Bio drain, a blend of enzymes and microorganisms that breaks down grease and residues in drains: 100–200 ml directly into the drain. For organic blockages, Bio drain +.
Do you supply laundries, industry and distributors?
Yes. We have been manufacturing at our plant in Vic since 1990. See the distribution programme.
Where do you need an enzymatic product?
Tell us whether it is for washing laundry (industrial or self-service), for biofilm in a food plant or for drains: we will recommend the product and dosage at factory prices.
