We are looking for cleaning product distributors that are already active, with their own client portfolio in sectors such as horeca, food industry, laundry, healthcare or industrial maintenance. The ideal profile is a company that already sells professional cleaning products and wants to add a manufacturer-owned range with higher margins and technical backing. We do not work with newly created ventures without an established client base.
Does Instaquim offer territorial exclusivity to its distributors?+
We do not offer formal territorial exclusivity, but we are highly selective about the number of distributors we bring on board in each territory. In the territories where we have an open position, the incoming distributor operates without internal competition within the Instaquim network as long as they maintain an adequate level of activity. The goal is not to saturate territories, but to build a committed, professional distribution network.
What is the process to become an Instaquim distributor?+
The process has four steps: first, you request information through the form on this page, indicating your territory and sectors. Second, an Instaquim sales manager calls you within 48 working hours to learn about your network and your profile. Third, if there is a fit, we send you the specific terms for your territory. Fourth, once the terms are agreed, you place your first order and gain access to technical training and sales materials.
What support does an Instaquim distributor receive?+
Every Instaquim distributor receives: technical training on the product range they will sell, up-to-date sales materials (technical data sheets, catalogues, sales scripts), regular sales visits from the Instaquim team, and digital marketing support to improve the distributor's local visibility. Support is active — it does not consist of handing over a catalogue and disappearing.
In which areas of Spain is Instaquim currently looking for distributors?+
The territories with an open position at the moment are: Barcelona city (priority area), Valencia city, Seville, Bilbao, Malaga city, Castellon, Valladolid and the Canary Islands. There are also open positions in Portugal (Lisbon and Porto). If your area does not appear on this list, get in touch anyway — we can consider additions in other territories depending on the distributor's profile.
