Detergents for hand washing crockery, glassware, pots and kitchen utensils in restaurants, bars, canteens and food workshops. They differ in concentration (concentrates and super-concentrates dosed at 1 to 5 g/l versus multipurpose products at 2 to 10 g/l), in form (liquid or atomised powder for utensils) and in specific references such as a powder cleaner for rust and scale or a neutral detergent. Machine washing is covered by the industrial dishwasher detergent range.
Top +, super-concentrated, is dosed at 1 to 2 g/l in warm or hot water; Handy, concentrated, at 1 to 5 g/l; Esmol, an atomised powder for kitchen utensils, at 10 to 20 g/l; Oxin is applied neat to the wetted surface and rubbed with a scouring pad; Platt Bac, neutral, at 2 to 10 g/l. All products have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
