Dosage is what matters: from 1 to 20 g/l depending on the product
With a professional washing-up liquid, what counts is how much washing water one kilo makes. The super-concentrates in this range work at 1–2 g/l; the concentrates, between 1 and 10 g/l. The data sheets recommend using them with warm or hot water.
For pots, pans and utensils with tougher grease there is a specific product, S 27, which is slightly alkaline. And the ecological line has the EU Ecolabel.

More product does not wash better. The Eco Top data sheet says so explicitly: effective cleaning does not need a lot of foam. Keep to the dosage of each product and use warm or hot water.

Is there an ecological washing-up liquid?
Yes: Eco Top, with the EU Ecolabel (licence ES-CAT/019/014). Dose 4 g per 5 litres of washing water, or 8 g if the crockery is dirty, immersing the crockery without leaving the tap running.
Do they protect the hands?
The data sheets for Top +, Platt, Platt Bac and eqo Vajillas manual state that they contain re-fatting agents and skin protectors; the Eco Top data sheet, skin-protecting agents.
How does the eqo dosing equipment work?
With eqo Vajillas manual, the hose of the equipment is placed in the sink and the fill button is pressed up to the desired level, so the dose is always the same.
