Kitchen griddles build up polymerised grease and carbonised residues that can only be removed with alkaline degreasers applied hot. This range, intended for industrial kitchens, restaurants, hotels and catering, groups four degreasers that are sprayed onto the still-hot surface, left to act for a few minutes and rinsed with plenty of water. They differ in working temperature (50-60 °C or 70-80 °C) and in whether they are used neat or diluted up to 10 % depending on the degree of soiling.

The most popular is Deplac, an alkaline degreaser for carbonised grease, neat or diluted up to 10 % at 70-80 °C. It is followed by Griddgrass, formulated for polymerised grease and applied at 50-60 °C; Quimigras, an alkaline degreaser for industrial kitchens that can also be diluted up to 10 %; and Hot Gras, used neat at 70-80 °C. All four come with a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
