HOW TO CHOOSE

One product for each operation

Industrial maintenance combines very different operations: freeing rusted parts, lubricating joints that work under pressure and temperature, protecting metal against moisture, cleaning electrical equipment without leaving residue and engines with burnt oil.

Most of these products are 400 ml aerosols. Dielectrics are always applied with the system switched off, as their data sheet indicates, and may slightly attack some plastics.

Frequently asked questions about industrial maintenance products

What should I use to free a seized part?

Desbloc or, as an aerosol, Desbloc sp: apply it directly to the part and leave it to act for a few seconds. Desbloc sp also displaces moisture and protects against corrosion.

Which lubricant withstands high temperatures?

Lubri Co, with copper microparticles, works from −20 to 1,200 °C, and Lubri al, with aluminium, from −20 to 1,000 °C. Both prevent seizing and resist water and steam.

How is an electrical panel cleaned?

With a dielectric degreaser and the system switched off: Electronic, fast-evaporating, or Di elec, slow- but fully evaporating. Spray from about 30 cm and, if necessary, help with a dry brush.

How is an engine degreased?

Desgrasol MO is mixed with water in a 1:4 ratio and sprayed: it forms a foam that clings to vertical surfaces. Leave it to act for 5–10 minutes and rinse.

Which lubricant should I use on conveyor belts?

Lubrisil, silicone-based, by drip feed at 5–20 g/l depending on belt speed, or Lubri Pro, based on fatty amines, at 0.2–0.4%. The data sheets recommend automatic dosing.

Do you supply workshops, industry and distributors?

Yes. We have been manufacturing at our plant in Vic since 1990. See the distribution programme.

What do you need for your workshop or plant?

Tell us which operations you carry out (freeing parts, lubricating, cleaning panels or engines, conveyor belts) and your approximate consumption: we will prepare a proposal at factory price.
