Cleaning walls in the food industry, kitchens and production rooms is done with detergents that are sprayed on, left to act and rinsed off. The range includes alkaline degreasers, chlorinated products with bactericidal action, foaming detergents that extend contact time on vertical surfaces, an enzymatic detergent and neutral or low-alkalinity options for delicate surfaces. Almost all are used diluted and can be applied with a pressure washer or foam equipment.
Among the most popular are Bacter Clor, a chlorinated alkaline foaming bactericide, at 2 to 5 % with 5-15 minutes of contact; Grassclor, a chlorinated degreaser at 10 to 20 g/l, up to 100 g/l on persistent soiling; Grasnet, a degreaser diluted between 2 and 10 %; Neutro Gras, low alkalinity, neat or at 3-10 %; and Gras Foam, an alkaline foaming detergent at 2-6 % between 20 and 60 °C. All come with a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS) prepared by Instaquim as the manufacturer.
