Grasnet is an industrial degreasing detergent formulated with a combination of alkalis, surfactants and solvents in controlled proportion. This combination works complementarily: alkalis saponify animal fats and vegetable oils, breaking down their molecular structure; surfactants emulsify the loosened residues, keeping them in suspension for removal during rinsing; and solvents reinforce action on mixed deposits and protein organic residues typical in food processing environments. The result is effective removal of greasy soil without requiring intense mechanical effort, with dilution flexibility that allows adaptation to different soil levels.
