Degreasers for hobs, griddles, extractor hoods, ovens and fryers in professional kitchens, food workshops and industry. Most are alkaline and applied hot, between 70 and 80 °C, on carbonised and polymerised grease; there are also cold degreasers, a foaming gel, concentrates diluted with dosing systems and a reference with the EU Ecolabel for neat use. The choice depends on the type of grease.

Deplac is used neat or diluted up to 10 %, sprayed at 70-80 °C on carbonised grease; Grassol, a cold degreaser, neat or diluted up to 1 % and suitable for pressure washers; eqo Desengrasante, a concentrate, is diluted at 5-10 %; Gelgras is applied neat, either cold or hot; Eco Gras, EU Ecolabel, is sprayed from 20 cm and removed with a damp cloth.
