Clormatic
Bleaching agent for automatic washing
Active chlorine-based bleaching agent, stabilised for application in the treatment of fabrics. Very effective at all temperatures and all water hardness levels.
Clormatic is a liquid bleach for automatic washing formulated with stabilised active chlorine and high-strength hydrogen peroxide. Designed for industrial laundry and automatic laundry systems, it removes stains, restores whiteness and provides disinfectant action on textiles for intensive use — bed linen, towels and uniforms — without degrading fibres or reducing their service life.
Description
Clormatic combines stabilised active chlorine with high-strength hydrogen peroxide. The oxidising agent acts directly on pigmentary compounds and organic residues embedded in the fibre, breaking them down without altering the fabric structure. The formula's stabilisation ensures uniform action throughout the entire automatic wash cycle, even under dilution or moderate temperature conditions. Its compatibility with hard water makes it suitable for installations without integrated water softening, maintaining oxidising stability and potency regardless of calcium and magnesium concentration.
Formulated and manufactured by Detervic / Instaquim, Clormatic is specifically developed for professional environments with continuous industrial laundry processes. The formula excludes phosphates, EDTA, NTA, caustic soda, alcohol, ammonia, perfumes and artificial dyes, in compliance with European detergent regulations and suitable for textiles in contact with reactive skin.

Benefits for professional use
- Efficacy at reduced temperature — active from 40 °C, with optimal performance at 50 °C, allowing energy consumption of the installation to be reduced without sacrificing bleaching results.
- Stable active principle — stabilised active chlorine maintains its potency throughout the cycle, without losses due to dilution or temperature variation common in conventional bleaches.
- Verifiable disinfectant action — eliminates bacteria, germs and organic residues, meeting hygiene requirements in healthcare and HoReCa environments (verify current biocide registration).
- Formula without restricted additives — phosphate-free, EDTA-free, NTA-free, caustic soda-free, alcohol-free, ammonia-free, perfume-free and no artificial dyes; suitable for sensitive environments and European detergent regulations.
- Direct integration into automatic dosing — compatible with dosing systems integrated into washing machinery without need for additional modifications, facilitating operational management in high-volume installations.
Main applications
- Industrial and self-service laundries: integration into automatic dosing systems for large installations with high volume of white and coloured garments, with continuous bleaching and disinfection processes.
- Hotels and accommodation: bleaching and disinfection of bed linen, towels and linen in laundry facilities for hotels with constant hygiene and presentation requirements.
- HoReCa and food service: treatment of uniforms, tablecloths and work clothing with food and grease stains, with rapid bleaching action at optimised temperature.
- Residential facilities and healthcare centres: clinical-use textiles and patient garments where disinfection is a priority alongside bleaching, with recovery of whiteness in garments with accumulated yellowing.
- Service companies and collective facilities: management of corporate uniforms, work clothing and continuously-used textiles in installations with automated dosing and regular textile hygiene requirements.
Recommended sectors
- HoReCa — bleaching and disinfection of bed linen, towels and uniforms in laundries of hotels, restaurants and food service establishments with intensive wash cycles.
- Healthcare and elderly care — clinical-use textiles, patient garments and bed linen in residential facilities and healthcare centres where disinfection and bleaching are non-negotiable requirements.
- Service companies and facility management — management of corporate uniforms and work clothing in installations with automated laundry processes and high volume of garments.
