Neutral, alkaline or ammonia-based: pH decides
‘Multi-purpose’ does not mean that a single product does everything. For routine daily cleaning of counters, furniture, sanitaryware and lightly soiled surfaces, neutral cleaners with a pH between 6.5 and 7.5 are enough. Where soiling is heavier, as in kitchens, heavily used toilets or through-traffic areas, you move on to alkaline and ammonia-based cleaners, with a pH between 8.5 and 11.
The other decision is the format: concentrate to dilute in a bucket or with a dilution system, or ready to use to spray on and wipe dry without rinsing. As a direct manufacturer, we recommend the product according to your surfaces, type of soiling and working method.

Frequently asked questions about professional multi-purpose cleaners
Neutral or alkaline multi-purpose cleaner?
For routine daily cleaning of lightly soiled surfaces, a neutral cleaner such as Ambinet C (pH 7), Bioder (pH 7.5) or eqo Multiusos (pH 7.5). Where soiling is heavier, the alkaline and ammonia-based cleaners, with a pH between 8.5 and 11, such as Bionet, Amonet or eqo Amoniacal.
Do you need to rinse afterwards?
How are the eqo multi-purpose concentrates prepared?
With the 51504 or 51402 dilution station for concentrates: select the product, place the spray bottle and press the fill button. In a bucket, eqo Multiusos is diluted at 5–10 g/l and eqo Amoniacal at 1–5 g/l, according to their technical data sheets.
Does a multi-purpose cleaner disinfect?
No. The products in this range clean; none of them is registered as a disinfectant. To disinfect, see the professional disinfectants registered for each use.
Do you have a certified eco-friendly multi-purpose cleaner?
Yes: Eco Clinn, which carries the EU Ecolabel (licence ES-CAT/020/026). It is used neat, spraying once from about 20 cm from the surface. More certified products in the EU Ecolabel range.
Do you supply cleaning companies and distributors?
