Acid Pro - Anti-scaling and mineral deposit detergent
Cleaning closed circuits (CIP), washing tunnels and pipework requires non-foaming products that can be recirculated. This range is aimed at the food and beverage industry and at installations with automatic washing. It combines alkaline detergents of different strengths, acid descalers, an enzymatic detergent, disinfectants (chlorinated alkaline, peracetic acid) and a silicone defoamer.
Clor NF Pro is used at 2 to 8 % between 20 and 60 °C; Alcalino Pro 5 is dosed at 1 to 4 % with 10-20 minutes of contact; Nitracip Pro, highly acidic, is recirculated at 0.5-1 % for 15-20 minutes; Oxa Per disinfects at 1 % with 15 minutes of action; and Defoamer Pro is added at 0.5 to 2 %. All products have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
