Foaming detergents are applied with foam projection equipment, sprayers or pressure washers on open surfaces in the food industry and other plants, where the foam extends contact time before rinsing. The range covers alkaline, chlorinated or low-alkalinity degreasers, a neutral product that also serves as a foaming additive, enzymatic products in standard and concentrated versions, acids for limescale removal and an alkaline bactericidal disinfectant. The choice depends on the soiling and the surface.

Grassclor, a chlorinated degreaser, is dosed at 10-20 g/l with a brush or mop and up to 100 g/l on persistent soiling; Grasnet is diluted at 2 to 10 % and can be used with a pressure washer; Gras Foam, alkaline, is used at 2-6 % between 20 and 60 °C with foam equipment, by immersion or manually; Enzi Foam works at 3-6 % at 40-55 °C, and Acid Foam removes limescale at 2-5 % with pressure rinsing. All have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
