Glassware

Glassware in bars, restaurants and hotels must come out of the wash without spots or film, and the result depends above all on water hardness. This range brings together rinse aids for professional dishwashers formulated for hard, very hard or softened and reverse-osmosis water, a foam-free detergent for glasses and tumblers, a rinsing additive and a glass cleaner with the EU Ecolabel. Almost all are dosed in g/l, with automatic dosing recommended, adjusting detergent and rinse aid to each type of water.

The most widely used are Deterbrill, a rinse aid for hard water at 0.1 to 0.5 g/l at 65-80 °C; Osmosec R, for reverse-osmosis water with foam control, at 0.3 to 1 g/l; Deterdry, for very hard water, at 0.1 to 1 g/l; Cristadur, a foam-free detergent at 1 to 5 g/l at 55-60 °C; and Eco Glass, an EU Ecolabel glass cleaner used neat without rinsing. All have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), with Instaquim as the manufacturer.
