Grease vats

Grease traps and grease containers in professional kitchens, the agri-food industry and catering, together with septic tanks, require continuous biological treatment to prevent build-up, blockages and odours. This range brings together three biological products in different forms: a liquid for injecting into the grease trap and pipework, water-soluble sachets and a powder. All start with an initial seeding dose that depends on the volume of the system.

Bio guard is injected directly into the grease trap once emptied, as a seeding shock dose; Bio Soluble, in water-soluble sachets, is dosed per 1,000 l of trap or tank (in septic tanks, 3 seeding sachets and 1 sachet every 2 weeks for maintenance); and Bio tank, in powder form, has its seeding dose calculated according to the volume of the grease trap. Each product has a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
