For effective maintenance, a daily dose must be given, adjusted to the number of meals served in the establishment:

• In establishments serving 400-500 meals a day, apply 400 ml/day.


• For those serving 800 meals a day, the dose should be increased to 650 ml/day.


• In kitchens serving 1000 meals a day, apply 800 ml/day.


• When the workload reaches 1500 meals a day, the dose should be adjusted to 1.2 L/day.


• Finally, for establishments serving 2000 meals a day or more, the recommended amount is 1.5 L/day.
