Engines

Cleaning engines and mechanical parts in workshops, transport fleets, agricultural machinery and industry. It includes general-purpose detergents applied on engines from 50 % to neat, an emulsifiable degreaser that forms a clinging foam, a mineral oil emulsifier for immersion or spraying, and two lubricants: a colourless PTFE grease and a penetrating lubricant.

DV 50, a universal detergent without aggressive solvents, is used at 10 to 50 g/l on light soiling and from 50 % to neat on engines; Carclean follows the same dosing; Desgrasol MO is premixed with water at a 1:4 ratio and sprayed onto the engine; Lubri ato is applied to clean parts and the machine is run for a few minutes so that the grease adheres; Grasclean is used neat and rinsed with water. All products have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
