Disinfectant detergent for food industry
Disinfection of drinking water and the associated installations: tanks, surfaces and floors in the food industry, livestock holdings and sites with their own water supply. Two references: a bleach suitable for disinfecting drinking water, dosed in parts per million, and an alkaline disinfectant detergent diluted in water to clean and disinfect equipment and surfaces in contact with the water. Other applications are covered by the professional disinfectant range.
Lejía Hipo 5% Instaquim is dosed at 6 to 12 ppm of product (0.3-0.6 ppm of active chlorine), with a 30-minute wait before consumption; for floors and surfaces it is used at 2 to 4 %. Bacter has a bactericidal effect at 40 g/l (4 %) after 5 minutes of action, and also a virucidal effect against enveloped viruses.
