Drains in professional kitchens, washrooms, laundries and the food industry build up grease and organic residues that cause blockages and odours. This range offers two approaches: a chemical drain clearer that acts in 5-10 minutes on existing blockages, and biological treatments with enzymes and microorganisms, both for clearing without aggressive chemicals and for the periodic maintenance of drains, pipework and grease traps.

Tulim is poured neat into the pipe, left to act for 5 to 10 minutes and rinsed, with a yield of 200 to 800 ml per drain; Bio guard is injected into the previously emptied grease trap, with an initial seeding dose; Bio drain + is applied at 100 to 500 ml directly into the drain and left to act overnight; and Bio drain, at 100 to 200 ml, is used periodically when odours or signs of blockage are noticed. All have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
