Hygienizing detergent for cold rooms
Cold rooms and freezer rooms in the food industry, cold-chain logistics and central kitchens cannot be defrosted every time they need cleaning. This category contains the sanitising detergent formulated to work at sub-zero temperatures, down to -25 °C, so that cleaning and sanitising can be carried out with the room in operation.
Freez Clean is applied at a dose of about 100-300 ml per square metre, left to act for a few minutes and scrubbed with brushes; thick layers of ice must be removed beforehand with a scraper or shovel. The product has a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
