Acid Pro - Anti-scaling and mineral deposit detergent
Products for CIP circuits are circulated through pipework, tanks, washing tunnels and bottle washers without dismantling the installation, mainly in the food and beverage industry. The range includes non-foaming or controlled-foam alkaline detergents, some chlorinated, acid descalers for mineral deposits, enzymatic detergents, peracetic acid or alkylamine disinfectants and a silicone defoamer, each fitting into a different stage of the wash.
Among the most requested are Clor NF Pro, a chlorinated alkaline non-foaming detergent used at 2 to 8 % at 20-60 °C; Alcalino Pro 5, at 1-4 % with 10-20 minutes of contact; Nitracip Pro, highly acidic, recirculated at 0.5-1 % for 15-20 minutes; Oxa Per, peracetic acid at 1 % with 15 minutes of action, and Defoamer Pro, a defoamer at 0.5-2 %. All have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
