Washing workwear (uniforms, overalls and service clothing, even with sunscreen residues) in industrial laundries requires products against grease and heavy soiling and, when needed, sanitisation of the fabric. The range combines a highly alkaline detergent, a concentrated liquid and an enzymatic one for washing at about 40 °C, a degreasing additive for sunscreen residues and a quaternary ammonium sanitiser added in the rinse.
Drap is dosed at 10-25 g per kg of dry laundry depending on soiling and water hardness; Sanitex is used at 4 g/kg in the penultimate rinse with a minimum of 5 minutes; Tensolar is added at 1-5 g/kg, up to 15 g/kg in difficult cases; Tensozim works at 2-10 g/kg at about 40 °C, and Tensomatic + at 1-6 g/kg at any temperature and hardness. All have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
