Description

Biomak is a concentrated floor detergent specifically developed for high-demand professional environments. Its formula dissolves fats, organic and inorganic residues, and particles adhered to high-traffic flooring, both with mechanical scrubbing using an industrial floor scrubber and manual application with a mop and bucket. The dilution adjustable between 0.5% and 3% allows you to adapt the concentration to the level of soiling on each surface. In areas with heavily adhered residues or intense fat accumulation, it can be applied undiluted directly onto the surface.

Biomak is formulated and manufactured by Detervic / Instaquim, a company specialising in professional cleaning products with direct technical support for distributors and industrial users. The technical datasheet for the product is available for consultation and download.

  • No residues — cleans deeply without leaving residues and keeps surfaces shiny.
  • Suitable for undiluted application on surfaces with heavily adhered residues or areas of intense fat accumulation.

Main applications

  • Logistics and industrial facilities: concrete, epoxy resin and porcelain stoneware floors with machinery fat accumulation and compacted dust, for use with high-performance industrial scrubbers.
  • Shopping centres and large retail spaces: cleaning of large areas with frequent cycles on porcelain stoneware and terrazzo without interrupting the establishment's activity.
  • Hospitals and healthcare centres: vinyl, porcelain and resin floors.
  • Sports facilities and halls: sports hall and hard flooring requiring regular cleaning and free of residues that could affect grip or safety.
  • HoReCa and food service: industrial kitchens, service corridors and common areas with porcelain stoneware or terrazzo floors subjected to intensive cleaning cycles.
  • Indoor car parks: concrete floors with oil deposits and compacted dust, for use with scrubber or manual application.

Recommended sectors

  • HoReCa — floor cleaning in industrial kitchens, dining areas, service corridors and common areas with porcelain stoneware or terrazzo; frequent cycles without interruption of activity.
  • Healthcare and elderly care — floor cleaner suitable for vinyl and porcelain floors in passageways, rooms and common areas.
  • Service companies and facility management — product that unifies references and simplifies surface cleaning protocols at large scale across multisite contracts.

Directions for use

01
Perform preliminary sweeping to remove solid waste and dust that may obstruct scrubber brushes or hinder the product's action.
02
Prepare the working solution by diluting Biomak between 0.5% and 3% in water, adjusting the concentration according to the floor's level of soiling.
03
For floors with heavily adhered residues or high fat accumulation areas, apply the product undiluted directly onto the surface and allow to act for a few minutes before scrubbing.
04
Distribute the solution evenly through the scrubber's dosing system or using a mop and bucket in manual application. Scrub following the facility's standard protocol.
05
Remove dirty water using the scrubber's suction system or a wrung-out mop in manual application.

Specific dilutions, contact times and recommendations are available in the product's technical datasheet.
