Nitracip Pro
Descaler and deoxidiser for cleaning circuits and CIP systems in the food industry.
Immersion and recirculation cleaning is used in industry and workshops when parts or circuits cannot be cleaned by spraying: the parts are submerged in a bath of product, or the solution is circulated for a controlled time at a set temperature. This range brings together two products of opposite character: a highly acidic non-foaming descaler to remove mineral deposits in circuits, and a powder degreaser for cleaning parts in a bath. In both cases, dose and temperature determine the result.
Nitracip Pro is a highly acidic non-foaming descaler which, in recirculation cleaning, is circulated at 0.5-1 % for 15-20 minutes at 40-60 °C after a preliminary water rinse, and rinsed off at the end. Supersol T is a powder degreaser for cleaning parts, dosed at 2 to 5 g/l depending on water hardness, at 55-60 °C. Both have a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
