Chemical toilets in caravans, motorhomes, construction sites, events and boats build up waste in the holding tank and need a treatment that acts on the organic matter and makes emptying easier. This category includes a biological product for chemical toilets that is added to the water in the tank; unlike other additives, it requires the tank to be clean and free of residues from previously used chemical products, as these can interfere with its action.

Bio treat is dosed at 5 % by volume of the total water to be treated; before adding it, the holding tanks must be clean and free of residues from previously used chemicals. The product has a technical data sheet and a safety data sheet (SDS), and Instaquim is the manufacturer.
