Description
Vacid is a controlled-foam acid detergent with high wetting and penetrating power. It quickly and effectively removes limescale deposits. Suitable for the deep cleaning of circuits, pipes, vats, tanks and reservoirs in water bottling plants, milking parlours and the food industry in general. It can be used on all materials normally found in the food industry. On low-quality steels, use at high concentrations should be avoided.
Dosage and use instructions
Rinse the installation beforehand with running water. Circulate the product at 5 to 10 g/l for 5 - 10 minutes at a temperature of 50 - 60ºC. Rinse with cold potable water. It can be used manually at 5 to 10 g/l with contact times of at least 8 minutes. Increase the dose to 50 - 100 g/l to remove old scale deposits.
