Description
Highly foaming enzymatic detergent for the prevention and elimination of biofilms in the food industry. Especially suitable for foam projection application. It can be used as a single product or in combination with the Enzim Pro additive.
Dosage and use instructions
It is used at a dose between 3 and 6 % at 40-55 °C. Let work for a few minutes and rinse with water.

Contains phosphonates < 5 %, anionic surfactants < 5 %, amphoteric surfactants < 5 %, non-ionic surfactants < 5 %, enzymes < 5 %, POTASSIUM SORBATE, METHYLCHLOROISOTHIAZOLINONE, METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE, BENZISOTHIAZOLINONE.
