Alkaline Detergent for Circuit and Surface Cleaning

Description

Detergent with controlled foam and high sequestering capacity, suitable for cleaning circuits by recirculation (CIP) and by spraying in washing tunnels of boxes, molds, trays, etc. Preserves the circuits scale-free. Do not use on aluminum.

Dosage and use instructions

For circulation, doses from 1 to 3% with a previous rinse with water, and for a single phase process from 2 to 6% depending on the level of dirt, at a temperature between 60 and 70ºC during 20-45 minutes. Rinse with water. In washing tunnels, doses of 1 - 3% at 60 ºC.

Main components

Contains phosphonates 5-15 %, non-ionic surfactants < 5 %, polycarboxylates < 5 %. Sodium hydroxide.

P304+P340	IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
P305+P351+P338	IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
P310	Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor.

P501b	Dispose of contents/container to hazardous or special waste collection point.
	Do not mix with other chemichals.
